This company quoted a wrong price for a test. Over charged for a test.
Sent the test off site. Has not refunded the money to customer who has demanded for refund and has changed prices by price gouging shortly after this incident.

These people- Braxton Figueroa willwaystay a lie, will lose chain of custody, lose the test mark it incomplete and perjure themselves in court - this has cost my son and family thousands in attorneys fees to fix. Asking my son two weeks later to come in and redo blood tests cause they lost them totalling 4 weeks to get my test results back and being told that was normal under oath to judge was malpractice - lying under oath among much more.
stay away- go to quest directly. they outsource everything- quest told me directly their tests take 2-5 days - not 4 weeks

I had a bad experience
Any lab test claims to get you tested for having an std. In my case: chlamydia and gonorrhea.
So I scheduled an appointment and the only thing I needed to do, is deliver my *** and go again. They offer no cure, test results may come up as late as 3 or 4 days. From only *** you cannot see if a person suffers from gonorrhea in the anus!
So I went there for nothing. Never go there!!!

My husband went to Mesa location for preemployment DOT testing. He provided his sample, the female who took it from him looked to the cashier and told her "it is a fake".
My husband was taken aback, asked her to clarify her statement. She told him 'it is fake, you will have to provide another sample under observation."
My husband assured her it was as real as he was, wanted to know how she decided it was fake without a lab. She acted like he never spoke. She told the cashier it wasn't "holding" the temperature.
My husband said It had registered on the strip. There was nothing wrong with the sample, he provided
He offered to come back in the morning, so they could watch him provide another sample. she called the employer and told them it was fake. They said they would send someone to observe.
He said he couldn't provide another sample that quick. They said 40 minutes was enough time they would give him water. My husband is almost 60 years old. .40 minutes is not enough time.

She said if he didn't provide another sample before they closed she would send the sample to DOT. He told her to send it to the lab.
this woman was wrong, it cost my husband a good job. Embarrassed him, put his CDL license in jeopardy.
Now he has to deal with who knows what from DOT... if they require you to be observed they should have done so in the first place to avoid all this crap.

Do not work for this place I am going to give you an authentic unbiased report about this job do not work for this place I am speaking on my experience An my experience only, ive worked in the medical field for over 30 years in the Atlanta area and I have never worked for a place that will lie to get you in the door will not be truthful on your job duties and will have others set you up to fail, in a nutshell I worked here for about six months and when I was there we were allowed to have blood testing at a deep discount I did blood testing on myself and my husband and I continue to work there two months after I had my testing I decided to find me another opportunity they waited till Christmas Eve to call me at 10 oclock at night to tell me that I owe them $5000 in medical testing two months prior they never had a problem with me getting the testing but when I decided to leave and take another opportunity thats when they came to me and said that on Christmas Eve when I was with my family, they harassed me over the holiday it was relentless and when I told them that this was not my understanding of purchasing blood test I was told well maybe if you go out to lunch with me and we can have coffee we can discuss it, what does that sound like to you that sounds like harassment to me, Me and my husband consulted An attorney and we got some good advice from him so the 5000 turned into 2000, and pay we paid that amount in full but every chance I get I will leave a comment and a review to let potential workers know what they are getting into

The website and banner outside the location clearly says "walk ins welcome." However, I was told I had to make an appointment. I was then told I would get a confirmation, but I never received one.
When I arrived, I was told I would have a "collection fee." So I told her to charge the doctor. It was written on the order to charge him, but she said they don't do that. I showed her where he had written that, and told her to take the banner down if they don't allow walk-ins. She told me she was told she didn't have to deal with people like me and was going to call 911 and have me removed.
What a total lack of customer service. A threat was never made, she just has no clue on life.
And she said she was a manager. Total joke......

I would like to compliment your staff member Romila, I am a difficult person to get blood out of, but Romila was really fantastic, she found a vein in my hand and didn't have to try anywhere else as has been the rule with me, It was the fastest visit I have had, usually it takes up to 1/2 hour milking blood out of me, I was so thrilled yesterday when I was in and out in about 10 minutes, Romila I have known for a few years now, she is a treasure, Thankyou to all your staff, doing a wonderful job, in this Covit19 time, all your staff are being so kind and very careful with customers.

Horrible customer service
Hello my name is jennifer and i unfortunately have to attend this lab because i am considered self pay qith the insurance my children have. I have had the worse experience since i started to take my daughters to have some blood work drawn.
Today i called between the hours of 830-9 am and i inquired abiut some prices and even provided the names of the testing that my child needed done. This was not my first time asking abkut this codes and for pricing but i specifically told the representative that i was going to bring her to get it done today. I pulled my children out of school inconvenienced my mother that took her to the site to get told that she can not get her blood work doen today because she is not to take an antihistamine 4 days before doing the appointment. Why wasnt i told that when i called the 2 times befire including this morning.
This company has the worse customer service i have ever experienced. This is so unexceptable on all levels. I hope this email makes it to the right hands because something needs to be done. I also would like to mention that the representative also made sure that i knew to bring her there before 230 but failed to mentioned that they could not do the testing if the child was on antihistamines.
I just feel as a customer and also someone that works in the healthcare field that this should have been told when i called this morning and as well made aware of at the office as well. Which i will notify them of this magter as well.

Will you talk to three different people. We get the same results each time.
Don't call us we'll call you. It's ridiculous you sit there at the Redmond, Wa location and the employee never even looks at the phone.
That repeatedly rang off the wall. They still don't answer.

I filled out all my paperwork and on line visited your company on the of my appointment and did a DNA test with someone I have seen in 20 years on a child the child mother tex my the DNA result..,, I was confused on how do I come to your establishment pay for a test and they send her the result when the quiz on how was my experience and I tex the same information they sent me a reply saying they didnt have my email I told her I did all my paperwork on line then I was emailed no results and told the employee didnt check

No test available for appointment
We made appointments online for Covid PCR tests needed to travel. Please keep in mind you can only get these tests 48 hours in advance and the results must be back before you are allowed to board your flight in our case.
We showed up for our appointments and were told no rapid tests were available, that they had no idea when they would be shipped, that our appointments didn't matter, and it is first come first serve for tests. What a joke and high anxiety to get them in time t time to travel! I would avoid at all costs.
They said there is a nationwide shortage on tests. How odd, we found another place within 10 minutes, made an appoin rtment, and already have our time ti

BAD customer service
I scheduled an appt for my husband at the shepherd location on Saturday for Monday appt. I also got a confirmation on my ph and a reminder.
He went in on his appt date and time and nowhere to be found. So, they took him as a walk-in. I called around 9 a.m. on a Thursday to ask if his results were in, the rudest employee ever said IDK I HAVEN'T LOOKED.
Made me think that my husband and other people waiting for results were of no importance to them.Later that day I called back around 3:30 p.m. and the same girl answered. I told her i was calling because i wanted to know if my husbands results were in. She has the same attitude starts yelling and said I CANT GIVE THEM TO YOU.
BLAH, BLAH ,BLAH, BLAH,BLAH. That all I heard from her yelling. She did not even ask for my husbands name or anything.I said I know I just want to know if they are in. She assumed that only they know the policy of getting result.
Having experience in the medical field myself. So at this point I put my husband on the phone and she still was being rude and yelling. He gave her his name spelled first and last name out to her as she asked. She kept giving him the running around.
She kept asking for his name til he said what is your name. After asking a few times she finally gave him her name. Alicia no last name just Alicia. By time I knew it his talking to a second girl who got his information and put him on hold.
Then a third girl comes on the phone and the same thing. Then she tells him to look in the portal or he can pick up the results. Wonder how long the results were in. All that hassle just to be told that it was in the portal that he doen't even have access to or that he come go pick up a copy.
If they are going to be so rude and obnoxious why go into that field. If they don't like to deal with people why even work there. But, Im not sending anymore people to you. I did bc I liked it there but since they have rude people working there.

Results
$500 for 3 rapid Covid tests GUARANTEED to be back by December 25th at 10:00 PM for our December 27th trip to Hawaii and we NEVER received them!!! Our trip had to be canceled as youre not allowed to arrive without a negative test or youre quarantined for 10 days.
Our entire vacation ruined and the jerks never returned our phone calls or please for help!
Its now been 10 days and still no results or return calls. We are disputing the charge on our credit card and will make sure to tell everyone to never use this company!!

Wife and husband took equal tests at the same time. Wife received results.
Husband has not. Attempts to contact the lab via email and phone messages have gone unanswered.

RIP OFF
I went to lab test now for allergy testing, options ALCAT 50 Basic for $149.00 or another test of 200 and some allergies for $269.00. I chose the 200 + for $269.00.
They said the samples had to be sent to two different labs with the first results back in a week and the second results back in about two weeks. I got the results of the first test in about a week. So after about three weeks I called them and they said they were in and I could pick them up. I went in and picked them up they were the same as the first papers exactly.
The second test was not run and they said the price was $269.00.
Just a scam. You know when you go into a medical facility and there are no cars in the parking lot and no one in the waiting room you should be suspicious.
